Aritra Propulsor is a unique cone-shaped propulsion-cum-steering solution for AUV´s.

The world’s first compact and scalable 360⁰ directional “Radial Wheel” for Thrust Generation and also Power Generation in water using water currents.

Aritra Propulsor is highly promising for application on Autonomous Underwater Vehicles, where a set of two such propulsors can meet the thrust in 5 degrees of freedom (5-DoF), obviating the need for a screw-propelled thruster and four control surface actuators for steering at the stern of the vessel.

Aritra Propulsor uses the CANBUS architecture for data communication along with power transmission.
